About The Artist

Ever since Brandi was a little girl, she has always loved to draw and paint and do anything artistic. Years later she decided to pursue her love of color and shape and went to Meredith College to major in Graphic Design. While in art school, Bee (as she's often called) soon discovered her love of jewelry design and fibers. Naturally, Brandi had an idea and in 2003 and launched her own business Creativ*Bee Designs. Wait..Is that a Typo??? No. We used spell check and yes...Creativ*Bee Designs is spelled different from the norm, because Creativ*Bee Designs is just that...different from the norm..Who wants to be like everyone else?

In addition to her line of jewelry, Miss Bee works as a Graphic Designer, freelances and currently has several works of art on exhibit. Miss Bee has won several awards along her journey as both an artist and designer. Currently, she can be found creating in her Raleigh studio or somewhere out and about looking for inspiration for upcoming designs.

The Graphics: Blood, sweat, tears and pixels goes into every one of Brandi's designs, along with a little spot color when the budget allows.

The Jewelry: Only hand-selected semi-precious gemstones, pearls, vintage Czech glass, brass, wood, and other natural elements, genuine sterling silver and gold filled findings are used in our design.

The Artwork: Her art ranges from oil on canvas to ink on paper and mixed media. Since she loves to work in various mediums, be sure to ask if you have questions about the art.

The Silk: Only 100% Silk is used in our Hand-Dyed Silk Scarves. Nothing more, nothing less.

What's Next to Come? We will be adding Limited Edition Apparel and one of a kind fiber art pieces.
